ABOUT ME

Nuno brings with him over 15 years experience working in prestigious restaurants in Portugal and the UK including Vila Vita Parc's Ocean and Atlantico restaurants in the Algarve, 3 Michelin starred The Waterside Inn and 1 Michelin starred Galvin at Windows working directly with renowned chefs Chris and Jeff Galvin, Albert Roux, Michel Roux and Gary Rhodes. Nuno put his culinary skills to the test in one of the UK’s most illustrious competitions, the Roux Scholarship, landing himself a place in the final five after competing with 250 chefs. Nuno went on to take on the roles of Head Chef at 1 Michelin starred Galvin La Chapelle, and of Executive Head Chef at two of London's most iconic restaurants Aqua Shard (Europe's tallest building) and Quaglino's in Mayfair which opened its doors in 1921 and has welcomed the Prince of Wales, Queen Elizabeth, Princess Diana just to name a few. With experience from fine dining, hotels, private exclusive clubs and the world's busiest upmarket restaurants Chefologia is sure to be the boost your business needs.
